Bridging finance

Bridging finance is frequently used as a means to start a property portfolio.

The typical scenario is :-

•  You identify a property which is run down and so un-mortgageable.

•  We arrange bridging finance, to enable you to renovate the property.

•  You then sell on the property at a profit, or

•  We arrange a buy to let mortgage on the refurbished property and you then take the rental income from it.

Secured loans
